Sandra Michaud - With over 25 years of experience in the wellness and spa industry, Sandy is passionate about healing, inspiring, and educating others. She began her journey at the University of New Hampshire, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Conservation Affairs in 1997. Soon after, a personal transformation sparked her fascination with esthetics, leading her to a fulfilling career dedicated to helping others achieve healthy, radiant skin.
Sandra’s commitment to learning and growth has been a constant throughout her career. When the pandemic reshaped the industry, she embraced the opportunity to expand her expertise, becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, Exercise Specialist, and Group Fitness Instructor. In 2023, she further deepened her understanding of the human body by completing the Massage Therapy Program at Great Bay Community College.
Bringing a well-rounded approach to wellness, Sandra integrates her knowledge of exercise and movement into her massage practice, offering clients personalized recommendations for stretches and exercises to enhance their self-care between sessions. Her work is driven by energy, positivity, and a profound commitment to helping others look and feel their best.
Hi, I’m Lauren, a Registered Nurse with a passion for aesthetic medicine and helping people feel confident in their skin. I’m excited to join Mountain Medical Spa and Laser Center after recently relocating to the area. With a background in clinical nursing and training in cosmetic treatments, I bring both a compassionate approach and a detail-oriented eye to every service. Outside the clinic, I enjoy exploring the community, staying active, and continuing my education in aesthetics. I look forward to being part of your self-care journey!
